Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% or your credit card details are required.
Balance of payment is payable on day of charter by cash or credit card.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- 7 days prior to charter a Refund Amount of 50% of Total Monies received.
- 3 days prior to charter a Refund Amount of 30% of Total Monies received.
- 2 days prior to charter a Refund Amount of 10% of Total Monies received.
- 1 day prior or day of charter a Refund Amount of 0% of Total Monies received.
- Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
Your safety is important, therefore charters are subject to weather conditions and numbers. If these conditions cause the charter to be cancelled on the day or prior to the day of your charter booking, our preference is to offer you another available day. If this is not possible then a full refund of total monies received will be provided.
(Refunds will be made by the same method that payment was made, i.e. credit card payment will be refunded to the same credit card number)
