Terms and Conditions

When Booking a Trip/ or charter on board odyssey Charters a Valid Credit card or 50% direct deposit is required.

No booking will be valid unless we have either of these.

If paying by direct deposit the remaining balance is to be paid 14 days prior to trip date. The following is our refund policy.

Refund Policy

• Within 7 days of trip/charter a refund of 50% of total trip cost will be refunded/ or charged against the holding credit card.
• Within 2 days of trip/charter a refund of 20% of total trip cost will be refunded/ or 80% of total trip cost charged against the holding credit card.
• Within 48 hours of trip/charter no refunds will be given and you will be charged the full amount of trip on holding credit card.

Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

Your safety is important and charters are subject to weather conditions and numbers. If these conditions cause the charter to be cancelled, on the day or prior to the day of your charter booking, our preference is to offer you another available day. If this is not possible then a full refund of total monies received will be provided/ nothing will be charged on the holding credit card.

(Refunds will be made by the same method as payment; ie credit card payment will be refunded to the same credit card number.)

All customers please note that any photos or media that is shot onboard our vessels can be used on any media formats.
